No, you are completely missing the point! Neither of them have Byakugan. They would not simply acquire it overtime. All hyuga or people of hyuga lineage are born with the Byakugan and as you can clearly see, they do have have the Byakugan and instead have blue eyes like Naruto's. That is how you know that those two images are for a fact, fake! If you don't believe me on this, go on the wiki or even research the databooks even. You will know that I am right when it comes to Dojutsu such as Sharingan and Byakugan.

The only Dojutsu that a person can acquire is the Rinnegan because that is Hagoromo's Dojutsu. There you have it!

The boy's eyes are gray. The only thing is he has a pupil while normal Byakugan doesn't. But it's possible for some wacky special snowflake Byakugan from Uzumaki genes. It wouldn't surprise me.
