Minato evolution
- Became genin at 10 under Jiraya's tutelage
- Jiraya taught Nagato until 10 at least(during 3years), someone born 5years after Minato. That also means that until 15years at the very least, Minato was refining his skills on his own. Make sense when you know he was rescuing Kushina on his own when he was around that age
- Became Konoha's best tracker/sensor ninja at around 10(only one who could track Kushina down) defeating Kumo elite ninjas in the process
- Somewhere down the line, Minato learnt fire+wind+lightning and yin-yang elemental affinities
- Coming back to Konoha when Minato was at least 15, likely taking a liking on Minato's abilities, Jiraya decided to share the toad contract and maybe other toad abilities with him
- Obito became genin at 9 and being born 10years before Minato, it means Minato became their jounin sensei at 19
- Considering that gaiden Minato already had flee-on-sight order, it means Minato built up his reputation years back through multiple missions, probably when he was 19 or even younger. That also means he probably developed Hiraishin and their variants during or before those years
- Kakashi was 12-13 by the time of Kakashi gaiden, that means and it probably took him at least 1year to create chidori, and likely took around 1year to learn rasengan as well judging by how Tsunade seemed to imply the difficulty to learn the jutsu(it's A-rank after all). That means Minato probably decided to learn rasengan to Kakashi at most 1year after becoming their sensei.
- Above also means Minato was at the very most 16 when he first had the idea to create rasengan. Likely observed Bijudamas through Jin Kushina and also very likely developed S/T barrier around those years
- Besides, Minato was Kakashi's sensei for 3-4years. Considering he knows Minato's mastery and limits with senjutsu, it means Minato used to practice on it somewhere during those years
- Somewhere down the line, mastered majority of Uzumaki sealing techniques under Kushina's tutelage
- Became Hokage at 23
- Died at 24
From genin, took him only 13years overall to become the youngest Hokage despite age being a great critera to the post. Really in the blink of an eye. That's the yellow flash for you
But hey, we talk about someone who controlled Kyubi in the blink of an eye, something many thought was impossible
Minato's potential abilities
- We know he tried to add his element in the rasengan. That means had he lived longer, he'd have had a similar version of Futon Rasen shuriken(he even has wind affinity, but maybe he could have incorporated lightning as well)
- During the years with Kakashi, was practicing on senjutsu. Despite being perfect Sage, with more years, would have refined his sage mode skills
- Developed many Hiraishin variants(lvl1,2,3,space-time barrier). Likely could have created more with time
- He was only Hokage for 1year at most when Hokages have all Konoha repertoriated jutsus at their disposal(repertoriated in scrolls). Considering Minato likes reading, it's not impossible he would have tried to read them and learn some forbidden techniques
