Now, look at when Jiraiya had his encounters with the people that made up the six paths, and were part of his book that didn't sell a single copy and tell me how Nagato would be able to identify them, on descriptions from a book version he did not have?

Interesting, not such a huge gap, but the ages dont seem to correlate with the manga. That's very odd. Can someone make a timeline if they have the time?

Minato died at the age of 24. If Minato wouldn't die, he would have 24 + 17 = 41.

Nagato died at the age of 35. If Nagato wouldn't die, but we know he was defeated when Naruto had 16, he would have 35~36 right now.

This means Nagato was born 5 years after Minato. This also means Kakashi/Obito are older than Nagato.

just because Minato was older doesn't necessarily mean he was trained first.

Find it hard how no one has ever made a thread about how Kakashi, Obito, and Nagato are all way more experienced than Minato, and are in fact older. Nagato 35 and Obito and Kakashi are 31. Minato died at age 24, which means that reanimated Minato has less experience and is younger than these guys. Same with Hashirama and Tobirama compared to Hiruzen.

The manga has no given timeframe, so I don't know where you're getting that it doesn't correlate with the manga thing.
