in those regards..which character would you be most afraid of being on their bad side? I don't mean because of their powers, but based on their methods and ideals and how ruthless and merciless they could be?

I would hate to be on Nagato's bad side. He would destroy me and anyone connected to me to the point it would be like a part of existence was completely erased.
Means your dog is dead, ur family, your house, your country, everything that had to do with you.
