Nah, Genjutsu and other dojutsu abilities are all Yin, hence Sasuke only has Yin, and Mizukage said his genjutsu was Yin release. Danzo could use Izanagi with Yin only, so again, it doesn't attribute to either Izanagi or Izanami, since he's supposed to have received the Yang in the first place, through unknown means. The only way an Uchiha has ever become Yin and Yang was Hashirama DNA, Itachi just stepped his game up, crow clone is basic summoning/Bunshin, and most likely Yin if anything.

They all come from clans, just not renowned/emphasised on clans. Sakura uses her Byakugo, which probably incorporates Yin-Yang. Don't know how Minato and Jiraiya have it, could be Toad control abilities, not sure though. Maybe that would mean Crow control abilities, like you said.
