Fuuton is being able to turn your chakra into Fuuton chakra nature. Simply pushing Air doesn't mean fuuton.

it's not excuse, that's what it is. Tsunade's dedication is to being a medic and chakra control, first and foremost. It's perfectly within reason that her focus would be on chakra control and not manipulation, given where her priorities always lie.

Again. Having an affinity doesn't mean you can use them all. There are a bunch of characters having 4-5 elements plus yin and yang. Even Neji has 3. Don't think he can use any elemental (Nin)-Jutsu.

I always thought any databook of a series is compiled by the mangaka's assistants.

They collect the pieces here and there, ask a few info from the mangaka while they're at it and complete the databook before having it published. The mangaka himself hasn't had that much time to arrange every character's profiles and all in there. Hence there are so many contradicting details between manga and databook, due to the faults.
