Rikudou and Madara all have the same powers. Rinnegan, Yin-Yang Chakra, Juubi's while Madara has his Uchiha's powers, which Hagoromo most likely possess as well. It comes down to whose intellectual enough to use his powers effectively, and Madara being the veteran warrior with hundred years of experience, without doubt use his powers better. Except hagoromo has had the rinnegan far longer than madara ever did, and the creation of all things to create the 9 bijju from the juubi is a jutsu madara hasn't matched.

It's not relevant when Madara can use its full power as much as Hagoromo can. Are people still using C.O.A.T argument? It's not battle wise.​

Considering the powers Hagoromo gave Naruto and Sasuke I think he himself able to use those powers as well.

Ok. Even if you ignore coat, the truth is madara was overcome by kaguya's will in black zetsu whereas hagoromo defeated kaguya.

Moreover, the full power of hagoromo is not a known. But it is known that he had the ability to revive the past kage w/o causing damage to himself, and he was able to transmigrate his soul through time. Can Madara do any of that??
