DNA is a building block of all life, which syncs up with the legend that Hagoromo was virtually a god who taught about and gave mankind chakra. Which at this point, chakra is a fundamental building block of human life, so.

OT: if you can roll with Obito using his ashes to get inside Kakashi, you can roll with this too.
