Sasuke doesn't have nowhere near as much Chakra as Naruto. I'm pretty sure that was made clear since part 1.

That's not his chakra, that's Kurama's. (He only uses small portions of his chakra for Bijudama), clones and Rasenshuriken are him. Cloaks and everything else is Kurama, Kurama replenishea him unendingly. Where the hell did you get the 10k figure?

Kurama is the one who distributed the cloaks, BM/BSM avatars, responsible for any chakra based attacks that weren't from Naruto's own arsenal. Bijuudama uses small portions of Naruto's chakra, Rasengan variants and clones are all Naruto's doing, but even than, he still used some of Kurama's chakra later on to replenish himself.

The alliance was 80k strong, about 40k at the Juubi fight or more.

Get real, Nagato was not the original wielder of the Rinnegan, nor was his Rinnegan awakened directly from Hagaromo's chakra, like Madara and Sasuke. Sasuke has already bested Nagato in his strongest technique (Chibaku Tensei) and has used BT on a higher scale than Nagato.

Sasuke also can cast Sharingan jutsu, Genjutsu and has a special ability (shifting/teleportation). Nagato will be surpassed in Rinnegan usage within a months time at best, from Sasuke's immense capability.

Sasukes rinnegan has Tomoe plus he awakened it. You can't compare him to Nagato.
