Is sasuke could fully use the rinnegan

If he could fully use the rinnegan like nagato could. Like have Preta path surround him, beable to use shinra tensei bansho tenin, asura path ect ect. And use it on the much larger scale since he has the sages chakara. How do you think the fight between naruto would have turned out?

He would've destroyed Naruto, especially if we give Sasuke the bijuu in this battle as well. The two
were equally matched in canon so giving extra experience to either one would unbalance the scale
and make one win over the other. Perhaps a better question would have been how a battle between
a fully experienced Naruto and a fully experienced Sasuke would have turn out, which would pit the
full potential of the two against each other, instead of the full potential of one against an inexperienced

Sasuke used shifting technique countless times, Rinnegan Genjutsu, 9 above Bijuu sized CT, PS multiple times, Yin Chidori, Chidori Eiso, Amaterasu and Enton and was stuck in a desert, this was running purely off of Hagaromo's chakra and a little of his own, his EMS reserves were depleted because he died.
