Okay so that is supposedly an interview with Kishimoto and it was translated by: "霓" or "Rainbow"
Translation: Key point of this interview:
1. I want to describe the live of the leading man is the original intention for Kishimoto to draw Naruto (manga),so Naruto (manga) was called Naruto, and Naruto (manga) is a story describing Naruto’s history of growth.
2.The last paragraph of the interview:
Kishimoto: I’m a father now, maybe I can draw a story about Naruto being a father. I want to show how Naruto grow up.
Yahagi: You’ve had a long flight, good job! After taking a little rest, please keep drawing manga, everyone is waiting.

This makes sense as "Naruto" is about Naruto, and his adventures. The serialization of Naruto ending simply means it wouldn't be about him anymore. I think Kishi could honestly continue on the series as he is only 40, which is still pretty young. Of course, he could stop, but why stop all the money flowing in? Yeah, it's hard, but if I were him, after 15 years, why not?
I don't know if I'm late or not, just thought I'd post it.
