A lot of people say that Naruto went thru a lot more than Sasuke

But let me ask u this

If Hiruzen reveled to Konoha that Naruto was the son of the fourth Hokage, what would happen.

Well, Naruto would be held as a hero.

Why, because he would be seen as the savior of containing the beast rather than be a vilified and hated vessel.

He would have been appreciated and loved because his parents made the ultimate sacrifices

And konoha villagers would protect him

Dont give me that BS excuse that well, Hiruzen was just trying to proect Naruto from Minato's enemies

lol wut enemies, almost everybody knew he was the vessel of Kurama, he was already a target

So in conclusion, Naruto would have been much better off if Hiruzen revealed the truth

On the other hand, if Hiruzen revealed the truth of uchiha massacre to Sasuke, Sasuke would have gone bat s*** crazy at an earlier age.

I strongly second this, asshurt sanchez
Also, you're saying hiruzen could have done that, and Naruto would have felt less pain, but did Hiruzen do that, or is that like so many of your fanfics coming out like hot air?

Killer bee was the son of the third raikage whose situation is as you described but he was still hated by the village. So the same could be said for Naruto, to human beings in general a monster is a monster regardless of your lineage. Sasuke probably would've just been traumatized more then he already has been. He may even just become an Epileptic for PTSD until Itachi TNJ'S him. Albeit it is true sasuke went through a deeper pain initially, Naruto has gone through more in the end in the middle of the war arc as he witnessed people dying one by one even neji. The feeling of having something you cherish then losing it is a much greater pain than not having it at all.

No, the village actually hated him for it.

Despite Minato's dying wish to see his son heralded as a hero, only the Third Hokage and a small number of the villagers could put their pain of loss aside and honour this request. The majority of Konoha, consumed with bitterness over the lives lost and destruction in the wake of Kurama's attack, resented Naruto for it, unable to separate the beast from the boy, and with some even seeing him as the fox itself. In the interest of protecting Naruto and in the hope that the younger generations would not emulate this position, Hiruzen passed a decree of secrecy that strictly prohibited the adults from divulging Naruto's status as a jinchūriki. This policy was not entirely effective, as many of Naruto's peers followed their parent's example and shunned him.

If the villagers knew he was the son of the Hokage, they would react differently, in a sense, he would be less hated
