Itachi is to low IMO Kisame and Mizukage to high... and Jiraiya also deserves to be there IMO he beats all of them under top 10 in ur list (except Minato,Itachi and Nagato)

If Obito has the Rikudo's Chakra, then he should be above Kakashi.

Kakashi would be a little bit stronger, but his power is temporary and doesn't last long.​

Take 2nd Mizukage off the list, he loses to all of them (Mu was portrayed as the stronger of the duo). Matter of fact, replace the Mizukage with Gai, he is way too low and canonically beat Kisame. Lord Danzo should be at 1.

Naa, Mizukage is at the right spot. And about Muu I was wondering whether I should put him above FTG users but decided not to, at least for now.

Gai beat severely weakened, almost-out-of-chakra Kisame with no Samehada and no intel. It isn't happening again.

Naruto canonically admitted he couldn't beat a One-Eyed Madara alone. Not to mention IT GG's him. Sasuke is in the same position as Naruto in regards to Madara. Orochimaru w/Edos >>>> Nagato. Kabuto w/Edos >>>> Nagato. Edos are Orochimarus and Kabuto's power, I don't see why you would exclude it.

People are really downplaying the 2nd Mizukage.
