This is a what if version of Sasuke if the manga continued to the time period that Naruto "The Last" takes place. (2-3 years).

Conditions:

Sasuke gets all the feats of other Rinnegan users. Meaning he can use all of the Rinnegan paths, as well as other Doujutsu such as Limbo Hengoku. He also gets the scale of the feats, such as Rikudo Madara's Chibaku Tensei Downpour. He can use his Amenotejikara multiple times in succession (like 3 or 4) before needing a cool down.

He gets Izanagi and Izanami

He can produce his own Yin Seal, and can use his own version of a Chibaku Tensei Seal

His Susano'O is at the same level as his Bijuu Susano'O against Naruto.

Using his S/T with Bijuu Susano'O was fast enough to blitz even Naruto. Someone who reacted to everything Kaguya threw at him, even tagging her multiple times and outright blitzed her.

He could take her on destructive wise now to. His Chidori spears from Bijuu Susano'O were strong enough to match Naruto's Bijudamas individually (One spear per BD). Naruto was able to match her using Kage Bunshin, Steam Style, and Chakra Arms. She couldn't even deal with normal Island Busters from Naruto's Bijuu Element Barrage.

Kaguya isn't even capable of breaking the Bijuu Susano'O. Something that allowed Sasuke to survive a Multi-Country Level attack. Bar the Dimensional Gudodama or Juubi Level Bijudama, which Sasuke is capable of countering due to sheer speed.

He can even destroy part of her body and cause the Bijuu to leak out, like Naruto did. He use Gedo Mazo to rip the Bijuu out of her.​

Not even close Hagoromo has no good forms of Ninjutsu besides Rinnegan Witch he basically gave to Sasuke in that fight at VOTE proved all Sasuke needed was time to be able to use all the rinnegan abilities to a perfect T Hagoromo loses High diff. And Naruto gets stomped Shira tensei would blow back any projectile or Preta and conjuction with his Bijuu ps would absorb anything Naruto has to offer Sasuke wins that fight med diff max. Kaguya would win because sasuke cant escape her dimension thats it.
