When he failed to excite us with storytelling he started giving powerups willi-nillie and making the manga more power-based. Enemies now needed to be stronger to follow the powers of Sasuke & Naruto, ergo Edo's and aliens came into play. And now with The Last Movie it's all about the Otsutsuki alien clan, due to Naruto & Sasuke being to powerfull for ninja's on planet earth.

Next thing we know Naruto will turn into Dragonball-style power-levels.

I believe the strongest enemy in the manga should have been Pain or Nagato level by the end of the series. Pain jumped the power scaling too far.

And this manga is for shounen not for seinen, and shounen love those power scales. That is the only reason DBZ and Saint seiya used to be so popular.

Kurama is a tailed beast and pseudo demi god of the world. The fact that any decent jonin can go toe to toe with a tailed beast at this point is absurd.

What's actually wrong with it though? A lot of you are thinking "I don't personally like this kind of power-scaling" is the same as "bad writing." There's nothing with the power scale, it's not bad, it's just not your cup of tea. You should refer to it as the latter instead of as though it's the former.

The power ups in the manga were good.The only piont you may have is there being a new powerful enemy in the new movie.But even so - it's following the logical possibilities that the manga set which are Kaguya's decendants being powerful.

That last sentence.If that was the case then the Alliance wouldn't have been able to stop Ten Tails Bijuudama at all,much less multiple times.Also Obito would of won,Gai,Kakashi,Minato,Lee,and Obito's teamwork wouldn't have worked on Madara nor would have Naruto and Sasuke's on Madara or Team 7 on Kaguya and BZ.

Things were never like that even with nuking abilities.

I actually almost laughed because the Kaguya fight literally ended up as Kaguya busting out the biggest nuke we've ever seen in the manga, and then she lost because of strategy.

The war arc has been filled with strategy, from the way they figured out how to hurt Obito(both Kamui and Juubi Jinchuriki), to the Kages' attempt at sealing Madara, to Hashirama beating Madara through a clone strategy, to the way Naruto defeated the Third Raikage, to the defeat of Kaguya, to the way they combated the Juubi. You people just have some serious selective memory. The manga has both mountain busters, and strategy. You guys are ignoring the presence of the latter just so you can satisfy your need to have something to complain about.
