Zetsu arm or a full on, Mexha Naruto, robotic arm. Honestly, if he just magically grew a new arm, because he can apparently do that now, why would he bother covering it.

but if it was a zetsu arm then why would Naruto bandage it?....madara never bandaged his zetsu arm cuz zetsu dna is auto-recovers
