Could all 5 Hokage take on the other kages?

What the title says. Could Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, Tsunade, Kakashi and Danzo (candidate) take on all the other kages from the other 4 villages?

most kages are featless, but if we assume the featless kages are around the same level as the average kage, I believe team hokage wins.

I'm under the assumption that not all kage were weak. Madara commented on how the current generation was weaker in general. So I'm assuming/hoping that at least the first and second generation of kages were complete badasses.

Yea they seem to be. I mean you see how they downplayed Hashi during the first kage summit. They had to be confident in their abilities to do that

He fought 30000 shinobi for 3 days straight. That should at least be the equivalent of one Ems madara
