Will Kakashi get the opposite of nerfed when he becomes hokage?

What I'm asking is will Kakashi randomly get stronger when he becomes hokage? Do you think hokage Kakashi would get a counter to tsukuyomi and other strong genjutsu? Kakashi isn't the weakest hokage, I feel like he's stronger than Tsunade, just because of Tsunade's poor performance against Pain. But, Kakashi is still no match for Hiruzen, Tobirama, Hashirama, Minato, and the other potential hokages like Obito, Danzo, Itachi, and Naruto.

Not really. If Naruto hadn't shown up, then Pain would have killed her. Naruto has to destroy the Ashura path and then she got carried away to safety.
She didn't even have a proper fight with Pain either, can't really compare.

Tsunade never took on Deva Path 1v1.Although she would have done better than Kakashi did against him,he would have taken her out low difficulty
