Naruto power level?

In the manga of Naruto Sasuke and Naruto have been shown able to change landscape and jump dimensions. And certain ninja (Minato, Raikages ) are able to move at a speed even beyond 8th gate. Based on this how would you rate their power compared to other manga/ Anime?

I guess that is true. because Naruto does move faster than "full powered" Raikage. And 8th gate is supposed to make you roughly 100x's your base power according to kakashi around chapter 665 ish

Honestly, Naruto is on the lower end of manga in terms of power scaling.

OT: The NV power level as a whole is low. Once Kaguya and her lineage was introduced in the latter parts of the Shinobi War, their power scale jumped quite a bit, but not enough to come close to the standard power levels of other anime.

I would watch other anime/ manga that werent about fighting BUT i grew up with DBZ and such so in Anime/Manga sense i need action . i Would still watch one piece but i think its ran on too long. Give me some suggestions?

Kaguya - 420
JJ Hagoromo- 380
JJ Madara- 360
RSM Naruto - 320(at peak: Kaguya fight)
Rinnegan Sasuke - 320 (at peak: against Naruto last fight)
8th Gate Gai - 280
JJ Obito - 260

Well that the most powerfull one, so here we go
