Could Totsuka blade seal A phased Obito?

I know it sounds dumb, but hear me out.
Obito is phased out, no physical body, but totsuka still seals everything it touches.

If it goes through him will it still seal him? I confused myself but I know you people get it

The parts of his body that overlap with sonething else are transported to his dimension.

If his body is visible on earth, then it's still on earth. The moment Totsuka tries to stab his stomach (that part of his stomach that overlaps with it will be transported to his dimension and will return as it passes.

In other words, Totsuka won't work since it won't make contact with him. It'll be no different than stabbing the air and suddenly sealing someone half way around the world.
