( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique

Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).
Note: Can only be used by Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato bios.
He then takes out a FTG kunai and throws it towards you that rain down you!. In the mid way, He multiplies it into 1000's of kunais that barrage you and pierce you!.
(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

When Neji is returning from a risky adventure, roaming through an ancient catacomb in the Land of Fire, he tries his best to withdraw from the country. However, as he nears the border, he finds himself confronted by a seemingly familiar figure in the distance. To get a better look, Neji begins channeling a mass amount of his chakra into both of his eyes. After a moment passes afterwards, hecan feel his veins bulging from his temples, activating his Byakugan.
(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye, Passive
Upon activating his visual prowess, he begins to scan the Konoha shinobi that approached him. ~Blond hair, blue eyes, and a white overcoat... Yeah, it's him~ Coming closer to the shinobi and addresses him. "Are you Minato Namikaze?" Still waiting for an answer, he notices his opponent take out an odd shaped kunai. Having prior knowledge on the Fourth Hokage while he lived in Konoha, Neji expects him to use his legendary FTG technique. Watching Minato throw the kunai, Neji sees him weave hand seals which multiplied the number of that special kunai. Ready to defend himself, he quickly stretches both of his arms out & spreads out both of his hands [with his right and left thumbs barely touching], Neji quickly begins to gather and charge up chakra into both of his hands. At the blink of an eye, he forces out a combined burst of chakra from his palms that effectively repels the special barrage of kunai and sends them back at Minato at a moderate velocity.
(Hakke Shinten Kuushou) - 8 Trigrams 4 Heavenly empty palm
While Minato is distracted momentarily by the redirected ninja tools, Neji uses this small frame of time to his advantage. Taking out a flash bomb, he throws it behind him which blinds Minato [and most likely causes him to poorly dodge the incoming kunai, since he cant see].
Almost immediately, with his opponent blinded, Neji brings up his right leg and forcefully brings it back down & stomps a whole the ground. Unknown to his opponent, he actually created a long tunnel underground that ends right under them. While he is doing so, Neji simultaneously gathers up the necessary amount of his fire chakra and fires it into the small hole. As the fire enters the tunnel, it quickly travels into the ground; causing the fire carry rock and other debris with it as it travels, melting them. When the fire reaches very near under his opponent, Neji weaves a single hand seal, causing a huge eruption that engulfs & burns her alive and reduces his opponent to ashes.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Minato hears some murmuring from his opponent. Tbh, he was quiet surprised that he asked such a question to him. Minato with a stern face answered the question of his opponent!

Taking out a kunai (FTG) from his pocket, Minato Dropped it right behind him and started to exhale a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards Neji!

The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time. |
As Neji notices the oncoming attacks from The Fourth, he spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin rapidly. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a powerful, large-scale dome shield. As the shield is still up, it stops the oncoming wind/water attack and repels it. When he stops spinning, he stands in a large crater created by his dome itself. "Kaiten!"
Right when he stops spinning, Neji begins to preform the necessary tiger hand seal[since I mastered Katon] and then channel said chakra into his right hand. After doing so, he releases the fire from said hand and uses shape manipulation to create about 8-10 small, but very hot fireballs and launches them at Arthur. However instead of hitting him, Neji just guides the fireballs so that he makes Arthur think he had missed but in reality the balls are gathered all around them. Finally, he weaves the final hand seal to direct all the fireballs towards his opponent and they explode on contact & engulfs him in flames.

While Minato is distracted by the fire balls, Neji uses this moment to his advantage. Neji first inhales and then begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra while simultaneously weaving the three necessary hand seals [Rat → Rabbit → Dog] and uses nature manipulation to create futon. When Neji is finished building up his wind chakra, he exhales which releases the wind and uses shape manipulation to create several, small bullets of futon that overpower the branched spear and would continue onto his opponent who just made a water vortex [due to the density and higher rank, the wind travels right through it] and tear into his flesh.
