Who are the strongest ninja that Masked Man (Obito) can defeat?

Strictly speaking, in a 1 vs 1. No summonings and no intel for both. Just how powerful was Obito at this age? If we were to list the top 5 strongest characters that he could defeat.

He honestly wasn't even that strong. The only things that made him threatening were Kurama and Kamui. I honestly don't think 1 MS Obito was all that strong because all he ever did was run away using Kamui. I feel the same, but his Mangekyou pretty much gives him power to rival rival Kage tiers. Without it, he wasn't all that.

He went from chuunin fodder, to suddenly being able to take out an army of anbu, just because he awakened MS. It's a huge power up.

Well the thing with Ms Tobi is that he usually gives conditions to capture his opponents and not kill them for future purposes.

In power, strength, durability, and chakra he is able to go on par with blind alive Madara.

Considering they are both the same moves except for one has kamui variant and the other has Susanoo.

Many inconsistency with mask man is that his arm was destroyed by a rasengan...

However in other times he was able to block a sword slash from suigestu and later in the future took a kcm rasengan to the very same arm without it damaging.

At that moment the guy was 14, he had a genjutsu strong enough to control Kurama and was able to rival Minato. The only reason he won was because of FTG.

Let's say it was Hiruzen in that situation, he would have been dead, since he has no counters for kamui.

It was just a base rasengan. Kurama didn't enhance it or anything. Plus the rasengan was merely to test if Kakashi's hypothesis was correct.
