Obito could warp Tsunade considering she's not the fastest around there in close combat. Thanks to the sharingan Obito can intercept her and warp her. He dealt with Gai's nunchucks pretty easily. He even managed to grap Minato's wrist easily. She is not faster than neither and can't avoid Obito's warp. After that Obito can return to Kamuiland and finish her there via genjutsu or close combat mokuton.
Rest are pretty hard to warp in Ohnoki can fly off, Raikage is pretty fast to catch off guard, Gaara has sands to save his ass but Mei can be dealt with same way as Tsunade too. She is not close combat expert like Tsunade so she will be caught easier than her.
He can drain Tsunade or Mei's chakras after he captures them one by one to refill himself but rest of the fight is a tough one. Rest of the fight is stalemate. If Obito continues to fight than he can take Ohnoki considering his back problems and old age he'll be worn out along with Obito.
So Obito can take Tsunade,Mei and Ohnoki maybe Gaara too but he'll be too tired to keep fighting after that. And I don't think he'll have enough energy to deal with Gaara either. Intel was everything that made Obito invincible. Without intel Gokage faces a shameful defeat.
