That doesn't mean Sasuke will have a very small role though. That just implies he isn't completely center stage. Hinata is important to the actual villian plan, plus, the movie is about love so that makes sense. Then why is Sakuras bigger than some of the others? She isn't important to the story as far as we know. I think there is just more detail we know about Sakura than some others.
