Ib4 labelled fanboy, i equally like both sasuke and naruto. Ive always equally liked them. I wasnt too happy with sasuke's life choices but its just an anime afterall. So who the hell cares?

As some of us may know from the previous release of the manga, sasuke lost by forfeiting/admitting defeat. His goals were utter fail due to the persistence will of naruto. Now the point of this thread is to try and get mature/unbaised input on who was actually stronger between the two forces. Taking in to consideration that naruto/sasuke were both exhausted from the fight with kaguya.

Taking into consideration that naruto was only defending him self/trying to ware down sasuke. While sasuke had full killing intent. To me killing intent means you go all out and put every ounce of your energy in attempt to kill someone. Defending means you're trying all you best to neautralize the target, not fully going all out to kill the target but defending your self as much as you can. Which naruto pulled off quite nicely.

Before you post, think of your answer and post a reason, try and find fact to support your claim. Dont kill each otoher please

Naruto was the stronger of the two.
Then Sasuke absorbed the 9 bijuu taking the lead.
Then Naruto absorbed all of that senjutsu and became stronger.

So naruto.

Master roshi solos both though

Neither. They are both equal in strength.

The argument that "Naruto didn't have killing intent so he was holding back the entire time" is false. Naruto may not have been going all out offensively against Sasuke, but he was going all out defensively against Sasuke's attacks. The two of them constantly matching each other's attacks in strength show they are equal.

What does that have to do with this fight? Naruto only went 4 tails against Orochimaru.

I always thought of them as equal even after all this, but...
Now that you word it like that, it seems like the Sasuke/Itachi fight all over again. Huh.

His look on the bridge after being summoned from the bushes because Oro already knew they were there, his look was of absolute anger at Oro and so his intent was very close to a killer in order to try make Oro return Sasuke but not like he was kidnapped.

Lol...I'm talking about tails and how many of those he used no that's not the point I'm trying to make you and anyone else who thinks he through some part of their fight began fighting with intent to kill or fought with intent to kill to fight Sasuke to which both are wrong.

Naruto fought Sasuke to both survive him and have him see sense which he accomplished there as no intent to kill in any part of the battle.

This, Naruto = Sasuke anyone saying otherwise is in denial.

When did I ever say he fought Sasuke with intent to kill? I said Naruto wasn't holding back the entire fight which is true. Even Sasuke noted that Naruto started to get serious. Just because someone isn't fighting with killing intent doesn't mean they are holding back or not going all out.

My argument isn't about him holding back or going all out just he has zero intent to kill.

Thats a brilliant way to put it, naruto followed itachi's ideals anyways so you can compare this fight to itachis and sasuke, the only down side is itachi failed.

You started a thread with a fanboy position (Sasuke forfeited). Then you want to open an old debate about who is stronger after Kishimoto spent 4 chapters of fan service to appease readers that cared about the two fighting. Sorry, seems like a pretty obvious fanboy post to me.

Sasuke is a fodder who borrowed powers all of his life
Naruto is a fodder who would have lost every fight if it weren't for kurama

They both suck. #ItachiSolos

i still believe Naruto was stronger because he was able to match everything Sasuke threw at him with the intent to kill and still stopped him w/o too much trouble, but i want to say i appreciate the maturity and perspective that this thread was made with.

If it weren't for Kurama then Minato and Kushina would be alive and Minato and Kushina would probably trained him so good he would solo Sasuke low difficulty.

Except that Sasuke matched Naruto by using a temporary power up, that means that Naruto is stronger.

He said it him self that he lost the fight...The way i said it might've been blunt. But just because there are some undesirable folks that take the debate to a fanboy level doesnt mean we still cant have a decent mature debate.

I believe this is kind of true, naruto held on his own while being passive. I like the way the fight turned out, thats why a lot of my threads have always been that ying and yang cant outmatch each other they can only work together no matter what.
