Naruto was not fighting at 100% percent against Sasuke. Sasuke was at his strongest he has ever been and couldn't kill Naruto.

If Naruto was at 100% for the fight and was allowed to use all the abilities that Kishi didn't let him use he would easily defeat Sasuke.

Same could be said with the rest of Sasuke's Rinnegan abilities... Asura, Human, Animal.... Human by itself would've been too much, since they've matched with Taijutsu... All it takes is contact once to pull the soul out of you.... They're EQUALS.

Sasuke can't do shit, his genjutsu will be released in less than 2 seconds which is too fast for Saucegay to recover enough to attack, Naruto will probably heal faster though due to Kyuubi, so if he wanted to kill Sasuke then he can, since he is obviously going to get up first.
