To me it;s like this
1. One Piece
2.Naruto
3,Bleach
1.One Piece is the best because it has everything you would want. Great and consistent story without much plotholes,consistent power levels,great character development of all the main characters.Not only this but it still feels excitng and fresh after over 760 chapters because it is such a big world in one piece. The series is not focused on one villain at a time leading up to a thrill ride. Due to this it dosent feel dragged out. There are so many amazing arcs in it like water 7,
2.Naruto comes in 2nd because all the arcs up until the war arc were brilliant. There was plenty of great character development for naruto and sasuke. We could see how both of them have developed.There was lots of great exciting moments and all. However the character development was not as good/extensive as it was in one piece. Also while war arc started out OK it later dragged on and since the revealing of Tobi's identity the amount of plotholes and asspulls was utterly ridiculous. Not to mention the introduction of kaguya.
3. Bleach is in my opinion the worst of the lot. Why? The only arc which was'amazing' was the Soul Society arc. That one arc made bleach worth watching as it was utterly amazing. Everything else was not anywhere near as great There was some interesting fights after that but not enough actual storytelling. I felt like lots of panels in chapters were wasted in bleach. Also inconsistent power levels. The manga felt too ichigo focused without enough real character development for chad,uryu,orihime and others. However it seems like the current arc is getting better. It's still worst of the big 3 though.
