Truth seeking balls and yin and yang

I read somewhere that the the truth seeking balls contain every element including yin and yang release and senjutsu because if they do how come naruto can manifest them cuz he doesn't have the lightning element, correct me if I'm wrong

Also do you need the truth seeking balls to negate ninjutsu or do you just need yin and yang release

Truth balls have all elements even kkg and bloodlines too.

Its only a matter of practice.if naruto would practice he could master all 5 elements as truth balls allow user to use all 5 elements.
