Sasuke's intention in the last movie

Sasuke - "If he's not here (Naruto), i have no choice but to protect everything"


My bet is that sasuke is not in the village but he still wishes that it does not get hurt or destroyed , and when naruto is gone from protecting the village sasuke must step in... where naruto is... probable off protecting hinata's sister but that may be a stretch.

What do you guys think , would love to know ^.^
