Yata Mirror can't defend against Chibaku Tensei or Genjutsu, as they are a force and intangible respectively

The fact that Itachi was able to be heard while using Yata Mirror means sound passes through, so any Sound-based jutsu works. Light-based jutsu as well.

Rinnegan users can use Bansho Tennin to rip Yata Mirror out of Susano'o's hand, or pull Itachi forward, through his Susano'o, and causing him to crash into his own Yata Mirror.

Characters like Sasuke, Ay, Naruto, Minato, Madara, Obito, Killer Bee, Kabuto or Nagato can just blitz all around him or launch big attacks for a few minutes until his stamina gives out, Susano'o dissipates and Yata Mirror is gone.

Minato can throw a kunai at Susano'o, and right before it touches the mirror, teleport in that area, but behind the mirror and inside of Susano'o, nailing Itachi with a Rasengan. Itachi lacks the feats to say he can react to Space-Time, the Kirin thing is debatable since he was damaged by it. Obito can also teleport inside, and Kakashi can create Kamui inside. Sasuke can spawn Amaterasu on Itachi, and use Kagutsuchi to impale him

Nagato lost due to Kabuto's terrible control, lack of mobility, and the help of two powerful Jinchuriki. If Killer Bee and Naruto weren't there, Itachi would have been defeated with Chibaku Tensei.
