Hello guys, it's Everztar here again with another thread...
i've made threads familiar to this one before, and i just wanted the new members to hear it as well.
i will try to keep it short this time though.
Naruto won't become Hokage, and there probably won't be a part 3 of the manga for quite a while.
why do i believe this? simply because Kishimoto is busy with his new manga called Mario
he started this Manga about a year ago and want to take it more seriously, and he will most likely start another manga too, he is indeed finished with the Naruto manga and i'm really happy that he finished it... because seriously though... Part 1 didn't have a "ending" where they beat the final villain... part 2 was inevitable.
part 2 on the other hand has a proper ending, they've finally achieved the goal that they were talking about ever sine part 1 lol. it's finished now. there's nothing more to do, other than waiting for another villain -> 2 years later there is Toneri Otsutsuki, villain of the new naruto movie.
in my opinion it'd be very unwise to lengthen this manga and anime for years to come, a manga or anime HAS TO END in order for us to appreciate it to the fullest, what if Code Geass never had an ending? what is Fullmetal Alchemist never had an ending? they're perfect because they finished it at the best time, when the so called "Final Villain" was finally defeated.
anyway, onto the next part of this thread... Hokage... why is Kakashi hokage and why won't Naruto be?
it's simple... there are 5 nations in the NarutoVerse... Iwagakure, Kumogakure, Kirigakure, Sunagakure, Konohagakure. All these 5 countries has a Hokage, let's call them Mayors, they control their city, give other shinobi's their missions and arrange meetings and it'd be great if the Kage would be kinda strong, so that they could keep the respect and so that they could defend their country if it was in danger right?
now here's the deal... Naruto always wanted to become Hokage, because since he was only a kid he only knew about Konohagakure... it was his own country, he lived there and looked up to the previous Hokage and Hiruzen... thinking that... "Wow... some day... i will be like them... so that someday everyone would acknowledge me... look at me, become my friends, play with me... respect me... like me... and even love me..."
However, what Naruto didn't think of was that there are 4 other countries other than his own... which acted on their own, didn't really like each other... and blah blah... but that has changed... i mean, just look at all the Kages... they're almost best friends now, they respect each other, A LOT!
they fought together against Madara, they kept the frontline during the war, they cheered, they agreed and they even smiled together... which is kinda promising because let's face it... all 5 countries are finally allys...
NARUTO is the one who brought all 5 countries together, he even kneeled, cried... in the snow... asking Ay not to be so violent, to try talking without his fists... but Ay was arrogant and told Naruto that NO SHINOBI would ever kneel like this... but look at Ay right now, he's got regrets that he was harsh towards Naruto, NOW... AY is the one begging Naruto to help the whole world.
NARUTO is and will always be the savior of the NarutoVerse, the 5 countries.
what Naruto haven't really thought about, is that... why would he really want to be the Hokage... (Mayor)
when he can be the protector of ALL 5 COUNTRIES...? (President)
i simply believe that Naruto, in the end... will be like the Avatar.
he will always be there in case of emergency... he will always protect a country, no matter which country it is... because there will be peace between those 5 countries, finally after such long time of hatred...
Naruto's dreams always said to become Hokage
but in the end, Naruto's heart will tell him that only protecting 1 out of 5 villages isn't enough.
we all know it isn't enough...
Gaara? Naruto is Gaaras best friend, really, in Gaara's eyes... they're best friends.
Ay? well Naruto is like the only Shinobi that Ay actually seemed to acknowledge.
Mei? Hah... she's Mei alright... she likes Naruto!
Tsunade? do you guys even know how proud she is of Naruto?
Onoki? he likes Naruto too, we saw that whey they were fighting Madara and Muu together, dat teamwork & respect!
basically, Naruto is not just Naruto to those 5 kages, he's special to them... they are really FRIENDS!
TLDR;
Naruto won't become hokage because he will have a bigger role than that.
and Kishimoto won't make a part 3 for a while at least, it'd be unwise to lengthen something that finally ended with the "FINAL VILLAIN" actually getting defeated after 15 years and 700 chapters.
p.s. if you're going to neg-rep me or call me troll cuz i dont like One Piece, then please just leave this page and go somewhere else. everyone has the right to like or dislike whatever they want. i came to this forum for Naruto.
