Toneri Otsutsuki Relevant to Naruto Manga

The thing with a circle in it looks like a human shape. That could possibly be Toneri Otsutsuki. If that is him, it makes him a more relevant character in the movie since he at least appeared in the manga. Kinda like how Black Zetsu sneaked around the fights.

i read that whole chapter again, and i did not see saukra standing near anyone in any the tiles, so i must be her. off by herself, cause she knows if she gets to close she done for, and that sasuke wont save her, and told naruto not to. lol
