Because I'm a few stupid Zoro threads away from disliking my second (tied for 2nd) favorite character in the series

Also, not every Zoro fan is a fangirl, it's just that the lot that are wankers are just that vocal ... and annoying

Idk how this people even get anything about OP, when the only thing they can talk about STRENGTH IS EVERYTHING, HE SOLOS All AND IS STRONGER THAN LUFFY, IS BETTER THAN SANJI or this or that.

The way other fans talk about a character has nothing to do with the way a mangaka writes their character so it has no affect on the way I view a character.

Zoro simply has the most threads in this section lately whether wanking or bashing threads(including your own). Fan or haters simple reply either to defend or bash him. I see nothing wrong with it. A person whose character view is influenced by another is childlish. I myself dislike the way Crocodile is overhyped in this section but he still remains one of my favourite characters. Doesn't mean however that if people say something wrong about him, i won't try to prove them wrong. Similarly, if someone tries to show something wrong about Zoro, i'll try to prove them wrong. Obviously if he gets the most threads in this section and that people argue for or against, he will be seen as overrated/underrated

Comes from one of the biggest Zoro wankers in this section. You don't defend Zoro against hate more like wanking and hyping him in every thread. There is a huge difference in what you just said.

The Zoro fanbase's stupidity is overrated a lot. I've seen some worse fanbases (Ace fanbase). Some Zoro fans can be stupid or annoying at times though, but Im pretty sure a good amount of those people are just trolling sometimes (Aqueel).

Zoro is tied as my 3rd favourite character but people are ruining him for me. I don't like him any less because of his fanbase but i just get annoyed when people overrate him. Evrry time someone mentions him i feel like he's being overrated.

1. Nope. Fans can annoyingly overrate him all they want, fans can wank him and make annoying posts about him, the only thing that will change my perception of him is the story. If your opinion on a character changes because of the fans' reception of him, then your opinion isn't worth much.

2. There's not much to ruin anyways.

I thought so too (for the most part) ... but than Itachi happened, even though he's still one of my fav Naruto characters, always I see him mentioned theres a bit of annoyance at how stupid some fans were
