The true purpose of the seal on Naruto right hand & Sasuke left hand.
After reading many wonder what happen to their hand with the seal mark;
after their hands were destroy.
Firstly, Kaguya need plenty of chakra. Because she need to do this jutsu: Chibaku Tensei
The picture also show both Naruto & Sasuke using their seal hands going towards Kaguya'
but they were look very small as compare to Kaguya, where she gain enough chakra to perform that jutsu.
The next page show 'giant size' Kaguya, along with 'giant size' Hagoromo
But the below picture showing Sasuke left hand on the left side picture; and Naruto right hand on the right side picture.
Both hands seal were disappeared.
This means that the purpose of the two seal hand was to summon Hagoromo in 'giant size';
In this way the 'giant size' Hagoromo appeared and thus seal Kaguya.
This 'giant size' Hagoromo was not the 'actual' Hagoromo which appeared talking to Naruto, Sasuke,...
In the next few pages, will explained why Hagoromo need previous Kages,....
Whereas, The actual Hagoromo had to summon all previous Kages as he do not have enough chakra.
Hagoromo then using 'Summon Technique' to get Team 7 Kakashi & all the 9 Bijuu back to actual NW, as they were inside another dimension.
Also whatever 'Power' that Hagoromo gave to them, they still have that 'Power'
Hence, that 'Seal mark' on their hands had nothing to do with their 'Given Power'.
