They're good, but make sure to use the same shade of black when coloring. If you don't, it'll have different shades in it and you can tell where your brush strokes are. Also when coloring, try to use the Darken Only layer tab instead of overlay. Unless you don't like that style, then stick with what you're doing.

I think when using overlay it have an realistic look. I get a good skin color when using overlay.
