All these Hokage threads got me thinking. The Hokage timeline makes no sense.
Tsunade, Jiraiya and Orochimaru became genin at age 6 (I'm assuming. They look extremely young in the flashback with Hiruzen as their sensei).
But doesn't he look younger when he was announced Hokage than when he was a Sensei?
So was he Hokage and their sensei at the same time?
Also, this means Hashirama just died at or a little after this point (Hiruzen becoming Hokage) because he was alive when Tsunade was born but only remembers her as a child/toddler maybe
But why would he be alive and not be Hokage? Did he step down and turn it over to his brother? But that also can't make sense because Hiruzen was their sensei and he Hokage at the same time meaning Tobirama was dead. But Hashi has to be alive remember? He knows Tsunade.
I don't blame you if you're lost. I'm lost myself now XD
It's like this:
Hashi is Hokage. We all assume he dies.
Tobirama is Hokage. We know he dies and make Hiruzen Hokage.
But Hashi can't be dead because Hiruzen teaches the sannin (Tsunade).
So if he's not dead why isn't he Hokage?
This also mean Tobirama died before him.
Anyway, after that the timeline isn't that bad.
There 18 years between the sannin (51 in part 1) and Hiruzen (69 in part 1)
Meaning Hiruzen was 24 when he started teaching them.
So judging by that, he was made Hokage some time before the age of 24...
This guy was Hokage for 40+ years and finally turned it over to Minato.... Who died soon after which forced Hiruzen back into office until he dies. Making Tsunade the Hokage.
Wtf Kishi
