What could be the reason for Tsunade to retire from being Hokage? [Discussion]

Honestly Speaking its unknown why Tsunade is not Hokage in two years time skip . I can mostly guess she is dead :

- We have not got any new design from last movie

- It looks she has minimal or zero role in the movie which concludes she is deceased .

She was Hokage for Three Years and Hiruzen was like 70 years and was still Hokage .

Tsunade would do so much better in a fight against Madara than Kakashi.
