Decided to translate this portion since it just revealed two major plot points concerning the scarf and the intended kidnapping.

So that explains the matter of the scarf, along with the intended kidnapping victim.

This is interesting actually, because Hinata is actually displaying more outward romantic energy toward Naruto than before, which adds depth to her character. I like this. :)

This confirms that the new villain is nearly as stupid as Kaguya.
