Senju
Descendent of Hogoromo through Ashura

Uzumaki
Relatives of senju. How they are relatives nobody knows, may be they are descendants of one of Hamura's bloodlines who were close to senjus

Now talk about hogoromo's appearance
He said that he appeared because uchiha (indra), biju and senju(ashura) chakra was mixed

Now if we see naruto and sasuke in this state

naruto is an uzumaki
he has biju chakra

that's only my speculation about hamura, if they are from ashura then who are senju??
or if both are ashura, then atleast there is some difference in their chakra nature that may generate something new thats the point
