one filler i enjoyed was during part 1, it was right before the sound ninja and sasuke left, it was the one where they escorted a kid for a race, naruto used a cool rasengan vortex jutsu

Road to Sakura was funny, and I would recommend the Rock Lee spinoff series which has about 50 something episodes and is also very funny

Idk about pure comical, but for pure enjoyment I recommend the power arc, which is basically a movie split into 5 episodes with the best animation Naruto has to offer.
