Sigh. This basic overview of the plot sounds bad. This almost makes it sound like the real threat is the traps, not so much the villain.


I just hope that as more information comes out, it gets more interesting. I hope the villain is actually interesting, because, quite frankly, with this tiny bit of information, it doesn't sound too impressive.


Hopefully his aim is to revive Kaguya with pure-blooded and strong Hyuga DNA or some crap, because it sounds underwhelming so far.

Can you explain why you're interested. It's not that I wouldn't like to be, but this comes across as a repeat Naruto movie 3 to me(not that it wasn't good) except with a different kidnap victim and new villains..

Because Madara and Kaguya bored me to tears. I simply want to like this villain. And he seems flamboyant, my favorite kind of villain. Freeza, Orochimaru, etc. And he's an Ōtsutsuki, so I'm automatically interested in his background. I wish there was more time to explore Kaguya's background and gain a better understanding of her character and clan instead of just flinging her in the story then having her defeated.
I really like Naruto Shipudden 3. That's the best movie so far imo.

I just got a bit more info on the new villain. Somehow he has the "interstellar ability" to control the movement of the moon.
I've also noticed on the left side on the poster, There's a ton of moons in the background.

The fact that the villain is confirmed to be Hagaromo's relative, makes me interested in the movie. Hopefully we learn more about the Otsutsuki family background. The fact that this guy can control the moon's movement means that he must be incredibly powerful.
