Score is 1-1. 3 of their fights had plot restrictions or made it so Naruto was weakened so can't really count that as true wins in term or power or skills. If plot didn't apply then Naruto would have won the rooftop, VoTE, and fight at Orochimaru's lair. Kakashi stopped them from clashing because he said worst case Sasuke dies, Sasuke's chidori didn't get strong enough to stalemate Rasengan until he took Orochimaru pill that boost up his base stats and gave him CM. Sasuke needed to leave Konoha for the story to continue so Naruto didn't use Gamabuta who could easily captured Sasuke with his tongue and return Sasuke to Konoha and if a death match then water bullet kills him. In Shippuden, Naruto was weakened from going 4 tails and nearly killing Orochimaru then decides not to use Kurama's power again in time to see Sasuke and he was still weak by then as he stated he was while looking for Sasuke in the lair. Sasuke also only suppressed a small amount of Kurama chakra which Naruto was going to do himself, nothing shows Sasuke being able to suppress Kurama power if Naruto doesn't allow it as Itachi, Madara, Obito, and Sasuke never manage to do it to Naruto or other Jinchuurikis.
