Naruto has enough experience with Rinnegan to deal with Sasuke. He can attack with non chakra techs like Shukaku's sand, Shukaku's juinnjutsu which could paralyse Juubi Jinchuuriki Madara's Limbo clone, Senjutsu, clone feints and Frog Kata, steam powered taijutsu.Techs like Chibaku Tensei and Shinra Tensei are borderline useless as Naruto can shatter any sphere Sasuke can make and his speed will take full advantage of a five second interval. Plus he can tank any repulsion and resist the attraction using chakra arms. Even a KN6 Naruto tanked Shinra Tensei easily. Human path can work as Sasuke cannot grab Naruto. Naruto could avoid a Kaguya telport blitz which Sasuke couldn't.


Sasuke would basically be an Edo Madara with added teleportation power. Naruto stomps. Five kage broke into his Susannoo and used lightning to paralyse him then almost sealed him with sand. they failed because of perfect Susannoo. Naruto can break into Sasuke's Perfect Susannoo and use Juinnjutsu to both paralyse him and seal him. And yes he can do this before Sasuke teleports since he coukd tear off Kaguya's arm before she could blink
