I explained this already. Sasuke defeated was not in battle Naruto even stated that. Naruto won the battle of emotions. He ended the curse of hatred that Sasuke was carrying by himself.

sauce lost, he said so himself, but naruto never said he won, for naruto if was never that kind of fight, he was just knocking some sense into sasuke, sasuke on the other hand said MY lost, he lost to himself, he lost to the fact that he felt the exact way naruto felt. their feeling were mutual, it was predetermined that way, as soon as he finally admited to naruto being his best friend. the only bond he had. he couldnt cut, not with him. naruto was the only to make sasuke miss his family, and the only one to make him feel like he still had one.

If you wanna get technical, Naruto would have won had Sasuke had an equal amount of Chakra to Naruto. Sasuke had most of the Tailed beast power, Naruto just had what little of the tailed beasts that were still in him, and still managed to bring the fight to a draw.
