There is a possibility their arms will just regenerate because of the Sage chakra, but on the other hand may be still damaged-looking because their arms were both destroyed by someone with Sage chakra...

It would have been awesome, but a waste of chakra if they weren't in battle. I hope they're arms just get replaced. Even if they're both bandaged or looked like the other half of Obito's face.
