They have to get their arms back and noodles dosent have the sun seal. Unless sakura magically learned how naruto regrew kakashi's eye (Kishi would pull some shit like that) it's either gedo mazo or zetsu.

zetcu is a choice but I think gedo’s arm is more possible, because of the bandage and the fact that kishi doesnt make anything without a purpose, like how he made sasuke cut madara in half so that hagromo can come back
