Oro transormed and moved to bodies constantly even deidara switched arms not to mention all the reconnecting arms in this series. I think Naruto and Sauce should be able to swap arms or atleast heal them that nine tail chakra
As long as they dint lose their arms souls like Oro did in Part 1 they should be good if we continue with the logic of this manga

Resurrect kakuzu, force him to reattach etc
