I stopped working for Kishi two years ago and my cousin in Japan moved back to India. So I have no idea any more. :|

Still I am not really sure how that bandage is related to this kind of injury. The arm is gone below the elbow. Either you regrow the arm ( octopus or lizard style) then it wouldn't need a bandage, or it would be some different injury. If it's being reattached even then bandage should be of different kind and not on the palm .....But then again my experience with medical science is limited so whatever....

He never gave him a new lung, he patched a hole, that's it.

Kurama regenerated a lung and probably the ribs surrounding that lung when Narutp got a Chidori to the chest at the first VOTE battle...he can regenerate an arm
