I believe, Sakura and Kakashi get here in next chapter somehow, probably Hagoromo will teleport them to Naruto and Sasuke having a last look at them finally being at peace, maybe seeing Ashura and Indra spirits finally at peace then fade away with smile on his face.
Sakura will heal them to stop bleeding of their lost arms... but then notices that she is almost out of chakra and she will have hard time gasping for the air. Sasuke will watch her healing him as he will flash to all his memories with Sakura asking himself about love, feelings etc. with no answer.When he notices Sakura out of chakra but still trying Sasuke will sigh or smile sadly and express how some things done can be undone anymore. Free of CT Tailed beasts came to them and put their tails at Sakura sharing their remaining chakra with her allowing her to finish her healing which impress Sasuke and put him at ease thinking "Maybe I was wrong".
After that Sakura will use her restoration techniques of seal shocking Kakashi who will be worried about her life. Sakura will make their arms regrow but before she can complete she will be loosing consciousness. Naruto will tell her to stop but still paralyzed. Sakura will keep pushing herself as she will be about to loose her awarness as Sasuke support her with hand as she grabs her hand and put it aside saying "Thank you , that is enough".
Later Tailed beasts share their last bit of chakra with Naruto and Sasuke so they will undo IT. Tailed beasts will fall down in deep sleep as Yin Kurama while Naruto and Sasuke will treat their not completely recovered hands with burns and wounds...
