That means nothing, Naruto admitted even after sleeping that he still can't move, and prior to that he also said that he would die of blood loss if he moved. So even if he did kill Sasuke then and there, he would still die himself, which still results in a draw.

I like the grasping at straws, though. Sorry, but it's a tie.

However, at the same time, you have Naruto that wanted to finally beat Sasuke. He couldn't as well. They are both on the ground, unable to move.

The battle is a tie, but Naruto's the one who succeeded by talking to Sasuke. Sound better?
